The Citrus County Community Charitable Foundation Inc. Board of Directors is composed of the following members of the Citrus County community as defined in our Bylaws.
- Two representatives of the community, elected at large
- Citrus County Hospital Board representative
- Citrus County Board of County Commissioners representative
- City of Inverness representative
- City of Crystal River representative
- Chief of Staff from Seven Rivers/ Chief of Staff from Citrus Memorial (these representatives rotate every two years)
- Citrus County Medical Society representative
- Florida Well Care Alliance representative
- Florida Department of Health – Citrus County Representative
- College of Central Florida representative

- January 21, 2026 – April 7, 2026, Grants Proposal submission period
- April 7, 2026 by 5pm, Grants Proposal due via Website
- April 16 and 17 (if needed), 2026, at 6pm Grants Committee meeting/grant review Lecanto Government Building Rm?
- April 23, 2026, at 6pm full board meeting and Grants Awards approved by CCCCF, Inc. board at the Lecanto Government Building, room 166
- April 24-30, 20256 Congratulations letters emailed out to grantees with Grant Agreements for review by grantees and invitation to June 26, 2025 CCCCF, Inc. board meeting
- May 28, 2026 at 6pm CCCCF, Inc. board meeting, Grants Agreements approved, signed and delivered (including award check) to grantees, photo op
