April 1 – April 22, 2019, Letters of Inquiry submission period

April 22, 2019 by 5pm, Letters of Inquiry due in the CCCCF, Inc. PO box

April 23, 2019, Grant Committee meeting/Letter review at College of Central Florida Citrus Campus, Conference and Learning Center C4 Room 105 at 9:00 am.  

April 25, 2019 at 5pm Grant Committee meeting, at 6pm Letters of Inquiry approved by the CCCCF, Inc. board at the Lecanto Government Building, room 166

April 25 – 26, 2019, 2018, Congratulations emails, grant proposals, grant directions, grant checklist and grant due date is sent out to the approved applicants

April 27 – June 10, 2019, Grant Proposal submission period

June 10, 2019 by 5pm, Grant Proposal due in the CCCCF, Inc. PO box

June 11 and 12 (only if needed), 2019, Grant Committee meeting/grant review at College of Central Florida Citrus Campus, Conference and Learning Center C4 Room 105 at 9:00 am.

June 27, 2019 at 5pm Grant Committee meeting, at 6pm full board meeting and Grant Awards approved by CCCCF, Inc. board at the Lecanto Government Building, room 166

June 27 and 28, 2019, Congratulations letters mailed and emailed out to grantees with Grant Agreements for review by grantees and invitation to October 25, 2018 CCCCF, Inc. board meeting

July 25, 2019 at 6pm CCCCF, Inc. board meeting, Grant Agreements approved, signed and delivered (including award check) to grantees, photo op

4th Grant Cycle Award Agreements Signed

The Citrus County Community Charitable Foundation, Inc. awarded grants during this fourth cycle to the following organizations for their new and/or expanded mental health programs:

NAMI

Pregnancy and Family Life

Pregnancy and Family Life Center members signing the grant award agreement for $59,280 for their expanded mental health program, “Healthy Mind, Healthy Body”, including a new drug court segment and new graduate student practicum program.

Citrus County Community Charitable Foundation, Inc. awards a new grant

Grants Committee Chairwoman Sophia Diaz-Fonseca and President Mike Gudis congratulate Ernesto Rubio, Administrator for the Florida Department of Health in Citrus County on behalf of the entire board of the Citrus County Community Charitable Foundation, Inc. The Health Department was awarded $10,000 during the 2nd grants cycle for their new countywide health assessment.

Citrus County Community Charitable Foundation, Inc.grant award agreements signed

President Mike Gudis, Grants Committee Chairwoman Sophia Diaz-Fonseca and the board of the Citrus County Community Charitable Foundation, Inc. congratulate the following organizations that were awarded grants during this first cycle:

Citrus County Children’s Advocacy Center, Inc. - Jessie’s Place
Mid Florida Homeless Coalition, Inc.
The Pregnancy and Family Life Center of Citrus County

The grant administrators of each organization signed the grant agreements awarding them funds for their new healthcare programs on Thursday, June 22nd, 2017.

President Mike Gudis (left), Melissa Bowermaster (right) of Citrus County Children’s Advocacy Center, Inc. - Jessie’s Place signing the grant award agreement for $26,000. Their grant funds will be used for a trauma/mental health program for ages 18 – 24.
